I am a Companion at Better Way Home Care. I focus on providing meaningful support and connection to clients. I enjoy building relationships while creating a comfortable and positive environment. I value supporting clients in their daily lives and being someone clients can rely on. I strive to bring warmth and a friendly presence to every visit. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, reading, and hiking.
Alaina, a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, co-founded Better Way Home Care alongside her husband, Clint. Driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves, Alaina takes a hands-on approach to leadership, doing a little bit of everything—from handling essential administrative work to providing direct, compassionate assistance to our clients. Alaina combines her clinical expertise with a deep commitment to personalized care, and when she isn’t working, she loves spending quality time with her husband and their two children, often heading out together to enjoy the outdoors.
Kim is the lead health care aide on our team and also provides valuable support with administrative work in the office. Her dedication, organization, and compassionate approach make her an essential part of our operations. When she’s not at work, Kim is busy being a mom to her two kids, wrangling her many animals, and embracing the outdoors- whether that’s skiing in the winter or enjoying time on the river in the summer.
As a key member of the Better Way Homecare team, Cheyanne expertly manages our social media presence and community engagement while providing dedicated support as a Home Care Assistant. Committed to our mission of compassionate, community-focused care, she bridges the gap between our clients and our services. Outside of work, Cheyanne cherishes time with loved ones and enjoys staying active with refreshing walks.
As the scheduler and admin assistant here, my job is 10% administration and 90% solving scheduling puzzles, moving caregivers around like chess pieces, ensuring all of our clients are well supported and our caregivers know they’re appreciated! When I’m not fixing scheduling conflicts, you’ll find me getting some “wind therapy” enjoying the open road with my Husband or in the great outdoors, whether I’m camping under the stars, or out hunting, I’m happiest when I’m off the grid. My mission with BWHC is to keep the chaos at bay so our clients get the best care possible, and our team stays (mostly) sane.
